We Are Totally Satisfied

This past summer, we were in the market for a new home. This was not our first home purchase, and we were very particular about what we wanted. We knew finding our perfect home was going to be very difficult, so we set about looking for a custom builder to make our dream home a reality. We met with a few of the major builders in the Saskatoon market, but found them to be either inflexible with adjusting their "standard plans" to accommodate us, or  unreasonable with their prices, especially for upgrades.Then a friend recommended we check with Quadrant Built Homes, as they were building with them, and were very happy with the company up to that point.

We reached out and had a meeting with Regan from Quadrant, and it turned out to be the best thing we did. We were very impressed with the company. At first glance their pricing appears similar to the other builders, but we were blown away by their standard package. Most of the upgrades we wanted were already included in Quadrant's standard package, so that in and of itself represented tremendous value, compared to the other builders we had spoken to.

We were initially looking to build from scratch, but they had a few houses already under construction, and they had one that ticked most of our boxes.

Making a deal with Quadrant came together faster than we anticipated, and Regan was very accommodating with the many changes that we requested to personalize our home. The quality of the work is outstanding, and the finishes are impeccable, and dealing with Regan throughout the process was seamless and pleasant.

We were always kept in the loop as things progressed, and there was never a request or inquiry we made that was not addressed by Regan promptly.

This is a company that literally takes customer service to a high level: they take pride in exceeding their customers' expectations.

We moved into our new home in Rosewood this past November, ahead of schedule. I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to this time, as we are totally satisfied, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the people at Quadrant to anyone in the market for a new home.
